Job summary

Epic on its Madison campus in Wisconsin is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems across conference rooms, training spaces, and an 11,000-seat auditorium. Relocation to the Madison area is required and will be reimbursed.

You will work with a team of AV experts to ensure event success, provide hands-on support, and help lay out new systems while maintaining existing ones for large and small events, in person and virtual.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate AV systems across the campus.
• Support and service conference rooms, training spaces, and the large auditorium.
• Collaborate with AV team to ensure events run smoothly, in person and virtually.
