Job summary

Epic, located on a campus near Madison, WI, seeks an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for a sprawling corporate campus. You will support events across 200+ conference rooms, a 11,000-seat auditorium, and multiple training spaces.

Role involves hands-on on-site work with a team of AV experts, ensuring system success from layout to operation, with relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI, area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for the campus.
• Support over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium.
• Collaborate with AV experts to ensure successful events, large or small, live or virtual.
• Provide hands-on on-site support and system optimization.
