Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking an Endpoint Engineer (MacOS) to join a top client in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on backend configuration, maintenance, and support for workstation and security applications, contributing to a growing, team-oriented culture.

The position involves managing endpoint services, developing pilot versions, troubleshooting incidents, and documenting solutions for the Global Help Desk and end users, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Jamf, Intune, or other MDM solutions for Mac endpoints.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and handling security incidents.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience with enterprise endpoint management.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities, with experience in ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure and endpoint services, including planning and implementing new or changing services.
• Develop and test pilot versions for new services, ensuring seamless automated deployment and self-service options.
• Provide senior-level technical troubleshooting and incident resolution for endpoint services.
• Collaborate with teams to manage security frameworks and practices, supporting technologies like Zscaler and antivirus solutions.
• Create comprehensive solution documentation to aid the Global Help Desk and end users.
