CTC is seeking an experienced IT endpoint administrator to manage Jamf and Intune configurations, ensuring secure and reliable workstation services for Mac endpoints. The role includes planning infrastructure changes, packaging for automated deployment, and developing end-user support documentation.
The candidate will lead senior troubleshooting for endpoint platforms, review IT tickets, and collaborate with portfolio owners on implementation initiatives.
Provides backend configuration, maintenance and support for workstation and security applications including but not limited to Jamf, Apple Enterprise Services, Apple ABM, and Microsoft Intune.
Plan detailed requirements for new and changing infrastructure services
Build and prepare packages for automated deployment and self service
Builds and test pilot versions for new and changing services
Creates solution documentation for Global Help Desk support of end users
Provides senior technical troubleshooting incident and problem resolution for endpoint services platform offerings
Review Service-Now tickets related to Jamf/Mac and update in a timely manner.
Manages overall security frameworks and practices as they pertain to desktop services and integrated technologies such as Zscaler, Antivirus, etc.
Maintain appropriate balance with security and usability, including working with teams to adjust appropriate policies.
Partners with client and portfolio owners to assist with technology implementation initiatives across business services
Actively stay up to date on the latest technologies and solutions, including internal/external learning and research.
Create endpoint reports for stakeholders as requested.
Evaluate advanced requests for feasibility and provide appropriate guidance.
Provide coordination for architecture of systems, including providing feedback on project requests and timing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in administering Jamf, Intune, or other MDM solutions for Mac endpoints
1+ years' experience in identity and access management
Advanced scripting knowledge (bash, python, etc.)
Experience dealing with security incidents
Ability to prioritize based on criticality
5 days at onsite to Atlanta, GA is must .
