Job summary

Reich Tool & Design is seeking a CNC Machinist – Tool Room for first shift in a climate-controlled, family-owned shop serving aerospace, defense, and medical sectors. You’ll work on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines, Swiss turning, and Wire EDM, solving problems and taking ownership of your craft in a collaborative environment.

You will read blueprints, build fixtures, and optimize setups while machining precision tooling components and overflow contract work, with strong teamwork and commitment

Qualifications

• CNC machine setup, programming, and operation.
• Read blueprints and GD&T specifications.
• Build fixtures and optimize machining setups.
• Inspect parts to tight tolerances.
• Collaborate with Machinists, Toolmakers, and Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC equipment.
• Machine precision tooling components and overflow contract machining work.
• Read blueprints and GD&T specifications.
• Build fixtures and optimize machining setups.
• Inspect parts to tight tolerances.
• Work closely with Machinists, Toolmakers, and Engineers on unique projects.
