Reich Tool & Design, a family-owned job shop serving aerospace, defense, medical, and advanced manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Machinist – Tool Room for 1st shift. Join a team that values craftsmanship, problem-solving, and ownership.

You will program, set up, and operate CNC equipment, read blueprints and GD&T, build fixtures, and collaborate with machinists, toolmakers, and engineers on unique projects in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• CNC setup and programming experience with multi-axis machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T specifications with precision.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Pride in craftsmanship and precision work.
• U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC equipment.
• Machine precision tooling components and overflow contract machining work.
• Read blueprints and GD&T specifications.
• Build fixtures and optimize machining setups.
• Inspect parts to tight tolerances.
• Collaborate with Machinists, Toolmakers, and Engineers on unique projects.
