Position Description

As a Stamping Machinist, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

• Set up and Operate CNC Stamping (Bruderer BSTA 510 & BSTA 810, Saga) machines in a production environment
• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacture parts within specifications
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) using precision measuring instruments and ensure parts conform to the blueprints

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

• Work flexible and extended hours as needed (2nd shift)
• Be a detail-oriented and quality-minded individual
• Possess basic machine shop math skills and ability to perform calculations
• Experience with the above quipment
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, etc.
• Work experience related to CNC machining
• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Benefits

The base compensation range for this role is $16 - $19 / hour for the position in California. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries in California based on the date of this job posting.
