Applied Medical - Machinist Trainee

Position Description

As a Machinist Trainee, you will work within a team to:

  1. Learn skills within the Pilot Metals Development team
  2. Follow safety rules, manufacturing instructions, and guidelines
  3. Review routing sheets and documentation for accuracy
  4. Communicate with the machine shop, programming, and inspection teams to ensure project progress
  5. Perform additional duties as required
Position Requirements

Candidates should possess:

  1. Strong mechanical aptitude
  2. English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
  3. A technical, hands-on approach to problem-solving
  4. Machinist trade school or community college certification
  5. High school diploma
  6. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
