Job Description: CNC Machinist

Up to 100% travel.

If you are an experienced CNC machinist with a background in manufacturing and are seeking a position with a leading company, R&E Automated Systems wants you to join our team! We are an industry-leading technical resource firm that actively supports our manufacturing clients during build, launch, and production phases, including some of the nation's biggest companies. Our client is looking for a CNC operator with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Position Duties:

1. Operate CNC and possibly CMM machines.
2. Perform CNC setup and adjustments to ensure product quality.
3. Conduct measurements accurately.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
5. Complete all assigned tasks efficiently.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Ability to work any shift, including rotating shifts and weekends.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Capability to multi-task effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, along with outstanding interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills.
• Maintenance experience is a plus.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not mandatory).
