Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Winona, Minnesota seeks a Manufacturing Machinist to set up and operate turning centers, machining centers and manual equipment. This is a full-time, on-site role with standard shifts and potential schedule flexibility after onboarding.

You will perform inspections, maintain a clean, safe work area, and support safety and sustainability goals. Qualifications include 18+, strong math, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older due to job requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite.
