Qualifications

• Three+ years machinist experience in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Thorough knowledge of machining and metal fabrication methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience setting up and operating machining equipment.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery to produce metal parts.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and tolerances.
• Select tooling and determine speeds/feeds for different metals.
• Perform machine setups and adjustments during production.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and squares.
• Monitor production and verify parts meet quality standards and specifications.
• Follow ISO quality controls and complete production documentation.
• Identify and report equipment, tooling, production, or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support other production areas as needed.
