Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating CNC equipment is required.
• CNC programming experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Forklift certification or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders) and manual equipment to produce components within tolerances and specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and CAD models.
• Select proper tools, fixtures, and materials; perform machine setups and adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMMs to verify quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to optimize machining processes and reduce cycle times.
• Adhere to safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Accurately record production metrics, material usage, inspections, and deviations.
