Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.

Locations: Lancaster, PA
Shifts: First Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

About the Role: Join our team producing mission-critical, high precision components manufacturing SmCo magnets for advanced industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Medical and Semiconductor. As a Machine Operator working with specialty metals, you’ll work independently, operate a variety of CNC and non-CNC machines, and ensure every part meets strict quality standards.

Responsibilities:
