Job summary

Electron Energy Corporation in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Machine Operator for high precision manufacturing of SmCo magnets. You will operate CNC and non-CNC equipment, set up machines, perform changeovers, adjust parameters, monitor quality, and maintain a clean, safe workspace to meet exacting tolerances.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, the ability to read engineering drawings, familiarity with precision measurement tools, mechanical aptitude, and 1–2 years of machining

Machine Operator – High Precision Manufacturing

Pay:Starting at $23.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.

Locations: Lancaster, PA
Shifts:

• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; includes a 15% shift differential and a four-hour bonus when the scheduled 36-hour requirement is met.

About the Role: Join our team producing mission-critical, high precision components manufacturing SmCo magnets for advanced industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Medical and Semiconductor. As a Machine Operator working with specialty metals, you’ll work independently, operate a variety of CNC and non-CNC machines, and ensure every part meets strict quality standards.
