Job summary

EKL Machine is a tooling manufacturing and engineering company in Andalusia, PA, seeking a machining-focused professional for 1st shift. You will set up and operate CNC mills, lathes and related equipment in a climate-controlled shop environment, ensuring parts meet exact specifications.

Responsibilities include adjusting machines, inspecting parts, maintaining workstation organization, and performing basic machine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years machinist experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to edit CNC programs at controls.
• Mazak lathe experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and quick learner.
• Capable of using micrometers, calipers, gauges and scales.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and monitor machines according to specifications.
• Inspect parts and make adjustments to ensure quality.
• Transport completed parts to next work centers.
• Maintain a clean and professional work center.
• Complete basic maintenance on machines.
• Complete work on schedule.
