Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Machinist for the night shift to set up and run open set-up mills and lathes, including turret lathe, tapping machines, end hole machines and saw with no supervision. The role requires CNC setup/operation capability and blueprint reading to ensure high-quality output.

Ideal candidates have a 2-year technical degree and at least 1 year of machining experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Blueprint reading is essential for the role.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and run open set-up mills and lathes, including turret lathe, tapping machines, end hole machines and saw with no supervision.

• Must be able to produce high-quality work in a timely manner.
• Proper application of tooling.
• Capable of reading and understanding blueprints.

Capable of set-up and operate CNC equipment and proper application of tooling. Capable of reading and understanding blueprints.

Base Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $32.00 per hours depending on experience level
