Payrate: $20 - $25

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Router / Biesse Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC routing machines—primarily Biesse equipment—to fabricate parts according to specifications. This role is critical in ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate CNC routers, particularly Biesse machines, to produce parts based on blueprints, CAD drawings, or other instructions.
2. Load materials and tools, adjust machine settings, and monitor cutting operations.
3. Inspect completed parts for accuracy, quality, and adherence to design specifications using measuring tools and visual inspection.
4. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
5. Interpret technical drawings, plans, and instructions with high attention to detail.
6. Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed during operations.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
8. Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure product quality and efficiency.
9. Record production information and report any discrepancies or malfunctions to supervisors.

Skills:

1. Experience with nesting software and CAD/CAM tools.
2. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
3. Forklift certification (optional, depending on facility).
