Your Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual production processes
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve production issues to meet standards
• Ensure quality and quantity of work using handheld equipment
• Inspect own work using precision measuring tools
• Accurately record data in routers, IMS, and other tracking systems
• Train other operators as needed
• Perform manual operations in other departments as required
• Read and interpret production prints
• Use computer skills to access production procedures
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and 5S standards
• Meet skill requirements and maintain certification through the company's Certified Operator Program

Your Qualifications

• Education: Grade 12 diploma
