Qualifications

• Ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.
• Forklift, pallet jack, and crane certification are preferred.
• Ability to read instructions, perform QC, and follow safety rules.
• Good verbal/written communication; basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to read and interpret product specs and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Machine parts to specifications using drills, lathes, and milling machines.
• Repair and restore parts to support turbocharger service business.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Read job cards for product details, instructions, and quantities.
• Deburr and stamp parts as specified.
• Operate machines independently with proper setup procedures.
