Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
5–8 years of manual machining experience.
Proficient with precision measuring tools including dial and vernier calipers, ID MICS, depth mics, ball mics.
Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical labor.
Forklift, pallet jack, and crane certification preferred.
Read and understand instructions and drawings; follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Operate lathes and milling machines to produce parts to specifications.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs to determine dimensions and tolerances.
Repair and restore parts to support turbocharger service operations.
Document machining time, quantities, and routing instructions.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE rules.
