Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, AL is seeking a Machinist I or II to join the Machine Shop. You will set up and operate CNC production equipment as well as manual milling machines and lathes, ensuring parts meet specifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a Machine/Fab Shop preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes and safety protocols appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes.
• Program using CATIA or CAM software; read/write G-code.
• Produce quality parts to specifications and documents.
• Create setup instructions for new parts and processes.
• Review CAD drawings and blueprints for accuracy.
