Qualifications

• High school diploma required; trade school or technical college experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of machining, manufacturing, maintenance, or related industrial experience.
• Knowledge of GD&T and precision measuring equipment.
• Experience with lathe and VMC setup and operation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up Lathe and VMC equipment.
• Prepare and manufacture high-precision parts; inspect per blueprints.
• Perform first-piece inspections and select tools and workholding.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain safety and quality standards.
