Job Description

• Must know how or be able to learn to program, set up, and adjust machines to produce acceptable quality parts with minimal downtime.
• Must know how or be able to learn to train in quality standards and blueprint reading to ensure parts are acceptable and within tolerance & grain direction.
• Must know how or be able to learn to read labels.
• Must know how or be able to learn basic computer skills.
• Must know how or be able to learn to read a tape measure.
• Must know how or be able to learn to use calipers.
• Must have the ability to follow and execute specific instructions.
• Must have the ability to problem-solve errors in programs and reprogram when necessary.
• Must be able to work with management and supervisors to meet production needs as defined.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old to work on the manufacturing floor.
