Job summary

2M Company, a division of Headwater Companies, is seeking a skilled machinist to fabricate and assemble water well pump parts. This role involves trimming impellers, threading pipe and shaft, cutting keyways, and operating a lathe, pivot saw, band saw, and mill. Maintain cleanliness and safety while collaborating with the warehouse team.

Candidates should read basic machining tools and be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Training and tools will be provided to support performance.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of manual machining and reading associated tools.

Responsibilities

• Machining stock water well pump parts and components, including trimming impellers, threading pipe and shaft, and cutting keyways.
• Operate and maintain a Lathe, pivot saw, band saw, and mill.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and handle associated components.
• Work with warehouse team to pick orders and maintain equipment.
• Communicate with manager and colleagues about daily customer interactions.
• Must lift up to 75 pounds.
• Training and tools will be provided.
