Zero-Max in Plymouth, MN, is seeking a Machinist 3 to set up and operate complex machines with minimal supervision. You will guide less skilled machinists and contribute to producing high-precision parts in a clean, climate-controlled shop.
The ideal candidate has an associate degree in Machining with 5–7 years of experience (or 8–10 years) with complex equipment, plus strong setup, tooling selection, speeds/feeds, and inspection skills. Programming is optional.

Zero-Max is currently recruiting for a Machinist 3 who will be responsible for the set-up and operation of multiple, complex machines with little or no supervision. Instructs less skilled machinists. This is the top-level machinist position. Employees at this level should be highly proficient with all less complex machines in the shop.
