Job summary

Forged Solutions Group in High Bridge, NJ is hiring Machinists for Levels 1–4 on the 2nd shift. Roles cover entry to senior responsibilities, including machine tending, setup, programming, and mentoring. Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience; Entry level; Certificate/technical training advantageous.
• 2-5 years experience; works under moderate supervision.
• 5+ years experience; may act as a team lead.

Responsibilities

• Tends machines (CNC or manual) and loads/unloads parts.
• Performs basic measurement and maintains shop cleanliness.
• Performs setups (CNC mills/lathes); conducts first-article inspection.
• Independent setup and programming; creates fixtures/tooling; handles complex materials.
• Develops procedures for high-tolerance parts; mentors junior machinists.
