Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Perform in-process and final inspections with precision tools.
• Understand machining principles and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and manufacture components per specs.
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and technical docs.
• Document production data and quality records accurately.
• Monitor performance to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Assist with tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across processes.
• Communicate with supervision, engineers, and team members.
