• Knowledge of shop safety practices and adherence to company safety policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining training/apprenticeship is a plus
• Prior experience in precision manufacturing or metalworking, especially in workholding, is a plus.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Machinist role is based in Willis, TX. The Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts such as chucks, jaws, and custom holding devices according to blueprints and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting engineering drawings, selecting appropriate tooling, measuring and inspecting finished components, and maintaining equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. The role also involves collaborating with engineering and production teams to resolve machining issues, improving processes, and meeting quality and delivery standards. The Machinist is expected to follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
