Job summary

Allied OneSource is seeking a skilled Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. You will set up and operate CNC and manual machines, interpret blueprints, and produce high-quality metal components to exacting standards.

Applicants should have 5+ years of machining experience, GD&T knowledge, and proficiency with micrometers and calipers. Preferred certifications in CNC or precision machining, plus experience with Mastercam or AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and tolerances.
• Ability to independently set up and operate CNC and manual machines, including lathes, mills, saws, and grinders.

Required Skills include:

• Minimum of 5 years of machining experience, with proficiency in CNC machinery.

• Skilled in precise measurement with instruments like micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.

Nice to Have Skills:

Preferred Education and Experience:

Other Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work environment involves exposure to noise, machinery, and cutting tools, with mandatory use of PPE.

Salary Range: $28-$37 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
