Regal Rexnord is seeking a dedicated machine operator to work onsite at our California facility. You will operate a drill press, adjust settings, and use measuring tools to ensure parts meet target specs while following ours and leads' instructions.

The role requires safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualificações

• Safety conscious and able to work in a high paced environment.
• Be a team player and contribute to cell process improvements.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a drill press per lead’s instructions and adjust as needed.
• Measure parts using calipers and verify with thread gauges.
• Break sharp edges using files and grinders; follow printed work orders.
• Support process improvements by communicating issues to the lead.
• Lift at least 25 lbs, up to 50 lbs with assistance.
