Job summary

AISIN World Corp. of America is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in the automotive production area. The role supervises multiple team leaders and ensures adherence to TPS and lean principles while driving continuous improvement across processes.

You will be responsible for quality, safety, delivery, and cost targets, coordinating schedules, training staff, and evaluating performance. Collaboration with HR for disciplinary actions is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a manufacturing team in an automotive environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and TPS principles.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to monitor performance and enforce safety policies.
• Familiarity with production scheduling and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple team leaders and acts as team lead in absences.
• Owns quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale in area.
• Reviews ADP timekeeping and correct errors.
• Develops standard work and die change sheets for new products.
• Manages production scheduling and control.
• Tracks OA, scrap, and OEE; leads continuous improvement.
• Directs problem solving and downtime reduction with maintenance.
