BAC (Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc.) is seeking a Manufacturing Machining Project Leader to establish and implement machining capabilities for a new facility. The role leads equipment readiness for sheet metal, coil, and other machining operations, ensuring equipment completes FWT and SAT requirements and operates to specification.

The position partners with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and suppliers to deliver safe, capable, and repeatable manufacturing processes aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in machining, fabrication, or startup readiness in industrial settings.
• Experience launching/commissioning machining equipment in greenfield plants preferred.
• Ability to develop SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.

Responsabilités

• Own machining workstream readiness from equipment to site leadership capability.
• Lead greenfield plant equipment definition, installation, startup, and stabilization.
• Coordinate sheet metal and coil machining across the plant design and schedule.
• Plan FWT and SAT activities, document results, and ensure safe operation.
• Develop process standards, tooling plans, and control methods.
• Interface with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Suppliers to mitigate risks.
