Job summary

Morris Group, Inc., including Morris South, is seeking a Productivity Specialist to join our Southeast US team. You will nurture customer relationships, share knowledge on machine accessories and tooling, and analyze equipment to improve ROI while driving revenue growth.

The role requires deep machine tool experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects. Occasional travel is expected to support customers across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of machine tool experience.
• Experience reviewing part prints, fixturing strategies, and tooling selection preferred.
• Internally driven with a desire to win in a competitive marketplace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong customer relationships across multiple levels within their organizations.
• Act as a central knowledge base for machine accessories, work holding, and tooling products.
• Analyze customer equipment and processes to recommend ROI-improving solutions.
• Partner with capital equipment sales in assigned territory to ensure all customer needs are met.
• Lead projects by collaborating with engineering, contracts, service, and management teams.
• Deliver outstanding customer product demonstrations.
