Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials in Wisconsin is seeking a dependable machine operator for a fast-paced manufacturing line. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot one assigned machine, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include following work orders, assisting with other equipment, packaging at line ends, and conducting quality checks while maintaining strict safety standards and accurate documentation. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six (6) months of manufacturing experience.
• Must safely operate a sit-down forklift; CCM forklift certification program required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
• Basic math and measurement skills; ability to use a calculator.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate one machine per shift with ability to troubleshoot.
• Follow daily work orders and document specific notes as needed.
• Assist with operation of other machinery under close supervision.
• Assist with packaging at end of line and as needed.
• Band and palletize coils/sheets and label finished product.
• Perform quality checks for lengths, widths, and weights using proper tools.
• Maintain safety procedures including lockout/tagout and keep area orderly.
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned.
