Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Makes accurate tooling adjustments and runs machining equipment safely and efficiently.
• Performs start-stop procedures including machine startup and shutdown.
• Performs adjustments to tooling and fixtures within prescribed limits.
• Completes all records and electronic data entry as required.
• Inspects machined parts visually and dimensionally to quality standards.
• Maintains housekeeping and replaces worn tools as needed.
• Reports malfunctions and discrepancies to supervisor.
• Performs preventative machine maintenance.
• Suggests process improvements for machining operations.
