Actalent is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in machining to design, implement, and improve processes across part fabrication and assembly. You will address production stoppages, drive operational excellence, and lead high-impact improvements using data-driven methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Experience with CAD/CAM tools for fixture design and layout planning.
• Familiarity with PLM and ERP/PLM integration.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and problem-solving experience.
• Experience with CAPA processes and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve production issues and guide technicians.
• Analyze production data and establish ERP routes and run times.
• Support ERP/PLM systems for process changes and design updates.
• Develop manufacturing standards and work instructions.
• Lead continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Communicate project updates and risk mitigation.
