Job summary

Power Technique North America LLC is seeking an on-site Assembler in Rock Hill, SC. You will perform mechanical/electrical assembly of compressors, generators, pumps, or medical equipment using defined work instructions while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Expect to work within takt time, support 5S initiatives, and use pneumatic or DC tools. A technical degree or related experience is preferred, with English fluency and basic computer skills required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or relevant experience.
• 0-1 year of experience minimum.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical assembly.
• Knowledge of assembly/testing of air compressors, generators, pumps, or medical equipment is a plus.
• Fluent in English and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products by following documented processes with a focus on safety and quality.
• Use correct tools and follow quality checkpoints to ensure first-time-right output.
• Maintain 5S standards and contribute to Kaizen improvements.
• Work within takt time and assist with rework/repair when needed.
• Collaborate with Line Lead or Supervisor for support and guidance.
