Responsibilities

• Operate and control machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line.
• Maintain safe and efficient operation of plant equipment in area of training.
• Comply with Evonik, state and federal regulations at all times.
• Develop understanding of plant procedures, processes, and equipment in area of training.
• Identify issues with process equipment and parameters in area of training.
• Maintain training documentation with instructor as new processes are learned.
• Support maintenance department to repair equipment and ensure asset reliability.
• Communicate process and controls issues with area engineers and assist with data acquisition.
• Assist senior technicians to develop hands-on knowledge of operating procedures and equipment.
• Support basic safety processes including training compliance.
