Qualifications

• Basic math skills for daily calculations and measurements.
• Must be able to pass the WorkKeys assessment for Tippecanoe Labs Chemical Operator position.
• Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a routine basis and work in noisy/high temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain large, complex equipment and follow written instructions.
• Summarize observations and activities both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate basic math skills in process calculations.
• Troubleshoot and apply critical thinking to resolve process issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow EH&S rules.
• Work effectively in a team and participate in safety/continuous improvement efforts.
