Responsibilities

• Prepares production cycles in accordance with manufacturing procedures. Assessment indicator: Number of procedure conformities
• Loads and unloads material or parts onto the equipment. Assessment indicator: Number of compliant changeovers
• Checks the different settings involved in handling the product, as well as the safety of the equipment throughout the cycle. Assessment indicator: Zero incidents, number of compliant operations
• Conducts process and product quality control in line with specifications. Assessment indicator: Number of non-conformities
• Detects malfunctions and follows procedures to remedy these. Assessment indicator: Number of non-conformities
• Performs necessary repairs or, where required, calls the maintenance team. Assessment indicator: Maintenance call-out rate
• Takes part in induction and training relevant to use and equipment. Assessment indicator: Job skills tracking
