Job summary

Remington1816 in Arkansas is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive, routine, and minor maintenance on production machinery in assigned areas. You will handle timely changeovers, assist production staff, and follow safety rules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires basic English literacy, a High School diploma or GED, and at least one year of relevant experience. You will work with engineers on new processes and mentor Operators and Technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or recognized equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read and write English sufficiently to perform duties.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable experience with same or similar manufacturing equipment and tasks.
• Must pass the mechanical aptitude evaluation for mechanics.
• Basic personal computer skills to navigate menus and print documents.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production and support machinery in assigned areas.
• Perform timely changeovers on machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and perform light maintenance on malfunctioning equipment.
• Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and participate in team meetings.
• Assist engineers and mentors to ensure process integrity and best practices.
