Job summary

Remington Arms in Lonoke, AR is seeking a maintenance technician who can handle carpentry, metalwork, machining, pipefitting, plumbing, welding, electrical work, tooling and general mechanical trades. You will perform preventive maintenance, document service, and repair equipment and facilities to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires at least 5 years of verifiable experience or a certified general mechanics program, with the ability to pass tests and maintain tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a similar maintenance role or 2 years plus a general mechanics certificate.
• Ability to pass a written comprehension test and mechanical aptitude evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance facility-wide on equipment per manufacturer guidance.
• Document checks and repairs to maintain warranties and compliance.
• Repair facility systems and equipment in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Assist other technicians and manufacturing staff as needed.
