Job summary

Parallel Employment Group is seeking an experienced Machine Repair/Maintenance Technician for 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm) in Racine, WI. You will repair, rebuild, and maintain production machinery and related facilities, with responsibilities spanning mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, and fabrication tasks.

The role requires 3–5 years in industrial maintenance, CNC exposure, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
• 2–3 years install/alignment experience.
• 1–2 years interpreting blueprints and engineering specs; use of gauges.
• Knowledge of CNC machines and electrical/mechanical/hydraulic concepts.
• Ability to read/write English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install/repair and maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs/adjustments.
• Rebuild machines and replace worn components and attachments.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and HVAC systems.
• Operate hand and power tools safely; welding and fabrication as needed.
• Maintain building/grounds and housekeeping.
