Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate (junior/senior) or master’s student.
• All majors welcome; electrical/mechanical/technical engineering preferred.
• Collegiate transcripts required (unofficial acceptable).
• Cumulative GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Able to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Travel to Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio, and reliable transportation with mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Understand equipment breakdown coverage and how we serve customers.
• Engage with departments to learn our corporate structure and goals.
• Develop technical reports and analyze data to identify trends.
• Assist field claims on root cause analysis of loss.
• Participate in on-site risk evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Learn underwriting techniques for equipment-related coverage.
• Observe thermography scans of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Produce reports and promotional/educational materials.
• Assist with business activities and team projects.
