Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking aTechnical Project Manager to coordinate deployment and sustainment of machine vision tools and capabilities across the company. You will engage with product lines, partner with the Machine Vision manager, and lead cross‑functional teams to ensure measurable impact from each deployment.

The role requires a proactive, high‑agency professional who communicates concisely, manages scope, schedule, and cost, and stays connected to factory floor

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information
• Must be eligible for a U.S. security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years managing technical projects in hardware, manufacturing, automation, or deployment environments
• Proven track record delivering technical projects on schedule with clear ownership of scope, schedule and cost
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Comfortable working on an active factory floor and occasional off-shift support with travel between sites

Responsibilities

• Engage with product lines to evaluate pain points and quantify baseline metrics for defensible deployments
• Develop technical design documentation with requirements, acceptance criteria, and test plans
• Forecast scope and manage expectations across stakeholders
• Manage delivery dates across concurrent machine vision deployments and coordinate lead times
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement across manufacturing, quality, controls, IT and product lines
• Drive installation, validation, training, and creation of documentation and escalation paths
• Scale the function by creating repeatable playbooks for intake, prioritization, and deployment metrics
