Job description

Shift: Days and Nights Openings - Must be willing to work weekends as needed.

Description:

1. Must own tools and rolling box
2. Drilling and tapping, reaming
3. Read and interpret blueprints
4. Sub assembly and integration
5. Build conveyor lines, fixtures, assemblies, robotic weld lines, and end of arm tooling
6. Fabrication and welding – light
7. Integration and assembly work
8. Daily use of hand tools and power tools
9. Operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments
10. Modify parts and materials to improve overall production
11. Test completed equipment to detect and remove defects
12. Perform routine maintenance on machinery
13. Calculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments
14. Must have an understanding of automated machines and associated tooling
15. Knowledge of mechanical standards, tooling assembly, and setup
16. Familiar with tool room equipment such as lathe, mill, and bridgeports etc. – sub assembly
17. Proficient in build practices for Chrysler, Ford, and GM
18. Follow installation of equipment from build to plant
19. Maintenance and troubleshooting of build
20. Installs and teardowns
21. Install cable tray, tooling, and framing systems
