Job summary

Wearwell, Inc. is seeking a Machine Tender for 1st shift (Monday–Friday) in Smyrna, TN. The role involves maintaining conveyor parameters, ensuring product quality, logging usage, and handling loading tasks.

The position requires basic manufacturing experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and readiness to work overtime as needed. Pay is $20–$21 per hour. This entry-level manufacturing role offers benefits and a pathway to growth within a family-oriented, drug-free workforce.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months manufacturing or warehouse experience or equivalent education, training, or experience.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Demonstrate effective team and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform assisted lifts up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to cross-train in other areas.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Reliable attendance is a must.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Pay rate $20 - $21

5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain conveyor parameters as product completes adhesion process.
2. Ensure product quality and adjust timing as needed by production demand.
3. Log labor and material used in the production of product.
4. Use assisted lifting techniques (winches or clasps) to load/unload product.
5. Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in designated work areas.
