Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of machine operation experience
• Ability to perform basic math (fractions, decimals, percentages)
• Basic computer skills (email, operating systems, etc.)

• Operate with care and precision
• Set up, load, and operate machinery safely and efficiently—making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish
• Maintain equipment performance
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery regularly; perform basic repairs and keep things in top working order
• Ensure top-quality results
• Inspect your work and the products you help create to ensure they meet our high standards
• Tackle problems proactively
• If a machine malfunctions, troubleshoot, make safe adjustments, and notify the right personnel
• Work as a team
• Collaborate with other operators, supervisors, and support staff to meet production goals and deadlines
• Keep communication open
• Report issues, suggest improvements, and document problems when needed

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Work indoors and outdoors throughout the year
• Exposure to dust, noise, equipment, and vibrations
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. (team lift required for anything heavier)
