Job Description
1st shift: 6:30AM-5:00PM
- Responsible for loading, unloading, and maintaining material to assigned machine units.
- Operate assigned equipment (227, Alphaliner, and Ferag) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure quality, output, and production goals are met.
- Load and unload materials into the machine; verify correct material; perform basic machine setup (machine interface or controls), adjust components, troubleshoot as needed.
- Respond to indicator lights and display screens, mitigating issues.
- Support and comply with safety and security policies, housekeeping standards, and internal and external audits.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
Experience
- 0-1 year related experience (Preferred).
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to multi‑task and assess obstacles for safety and maintenance.
- Operate pallet jack.
- Effective English communication (Preferred).
- Basic math skills.
- Attention to detail; team player.
- Work in fast‑paced environment.

- Communicate with team members.
- Share equipment knowledge with team members.
- Participate in Team Business Meetings.

- Assist with work prioritization to meet production commitments and goals.
Other
- Ability to work overtime beyond regular schedule to complete work assignments as required.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
May carry up to 15 lb., push and pull up to 40 lb., twist, stand, walk, reach, and grip throughout the shift. Frequently lift up to 15 lbs., squat and kneel. Exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne dust, paper particles, and industrial lift trucks. Wear hearing protection if required. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for disabilities.
