Job summary

Aerotek in Minnesota is seeking a Machine Technician to prepare and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will set up fillers, adjust rails, and monitor lines to ensure smooth operations.

This contract-to-hire role requires hands-on mechanical skills, basic computer use with machine-attached systems, and the ability to stand for long periods. Shifts are 5:30am–2:30pm, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment setup and servicing.
• Ability to interpret basic machine interfaces and controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanitation washes for fillers and line equipment.
• Set up fillers for various bottle sizes and weights.
• Adjust rails to fit correct size for each run.
• Set up labeling and box coder machines.
• Monitor production lines and assist as needed.
• Check and change label rolls to ensure continuity.
